Junior Achievement gives young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future and make smart academic and economic choices. Corporate and community volunteers deliver relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from kindergarten through high school knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship in over 30 counties in Western Pennsylvania.
JA Weekly is a program wherein volunteers teach a 45 minute lesson in either Entrepreneurship, Work Readiness, or Financial Literacy over the course of 5-7 weeks.
This opportunity has a fixed schedule, depending upon class calendar and volunteer need. Junior Achievement provides the training, curriculum, and a classroom ready to meet you.
